Equipping Refugees With Resources and Support to Thrive
What We Do
We follow a proven approach to equip refugees with the resources and support they need to thrive.
Identify Gaps
We listen, observe, and assess to uncover the specific needs of refugee communities. Whether it's vocational training, access to education, or well-being resources, we focus on the gaps that, when filled, can make the most significant impact.Determine Resources
Once needs are identified, we map out the resources required to meet them. This includes partnerships, funding, volunteers, and tools. Every resource is thoroughly vetted to ensure the highest level of integrity and impact.Connect & Equip
We act as the bridge, connecting refugees to the organizations, individuals, and opportunities that meet their unique needs. Through these connections, refugees gain skills, support, and access to life-changing resources.Support & Celebrate
Our work doesn’t stop at the connection. We stay alongside refugees and their support networks to encourage progress and celebrate milestones. By fostering ongoing relationships, we ensure lasting impact and empowerment.
How We Do It
Our work is modeled after Nehemiah’s leadership—organized, strategic, and built on faith. We take a structured approach to every project, ensuring thoughtful planning, meaningful connections, and sustainable success. Before launching a new project, we dedicate four months to prayer and planning.
Four- Month Prayer and Preparation:
Month 1:
Define the project scope.
Identify a
project lead.
Month 2:
Month 3:
Secure funding and volunteers.
Launch the project cycle.
Month 4:
52 Day Project Cycle
At 52 Coalition, we believe that meaningful change requires both strategy and heart. Our 52-day project cycle provides a clear framework for success, ensuring that each initiative is well-planned, effectively executed, and supported beyond completion.
